1) Livingstone Company Inc. collaborates with its number of overseas partners in the USA, Europe, Japan, Hong Kong, and the Middle East for arranging, accumulating and managing project funds in various areas of business. 2) Livingstone Company Inc., and its associates, have set up a couple of Asset Management Companies and/or private equity funds, including Golden Hind Investment Management Ltd. & QED Global Ltd., Hong Kong-based companies, and Next 5, an Oman-based company. Livingstone Asset Management Inc., which will also manage REITs, is scheduled to be established in the year 2025, to help broaden the scope of projects that are of common interest to the partners and deepen their execution capability. 3) A number of site developments and housing projects in Gangnam, Seoul, Jeju Island, Songdo International City, and other IFEZ spots are either executed, completed, and/or are under planning in Korea. The group has been involved in the completion of a number of overseas projects such as Tianjin Marina Club, China, and luxury townhomes projects in the USA and in the Middle East, etc. 4) Livingstone Company Inc., together with Golden Hind Investment Management Ltd., a Hong Kong-based Investment Management Company in private equity and strategic investment (buyouts and controlled stakes), aiming to expand its presence in the Middle East and the USA. 5) Livingstone Company Inc. is in real estate investment and development activities in partnership with NH Group in selected high-credit quality countries in Asia, the Middle East, the US, and Europe.

1) COVID 19 related projects: Livingstone Company Inc. was exporting goods for the fight against the global COVID-19 pandemic. We took orders of all kinds of customized COVID-19 related items upon various requests of our clients. We also carried out the innovative Korean COVID-19 diagnosis kits/detection devices for both RT PCR and antibody(& antigen) tests, and COVID-19 infected ones monitoring system. 2) Promoting advanced medicine projects in the fields of immunology, especially for the fight against cancers and auto-immune diseases. 3) Developing and marketing for the world’s first DNA based education consulting business by establishing Gene Story Global Inc. at Delaware, U.S.A.
